When it comes to strength training, all of us start with different levels of ability. This is why David utilizes specific techniques and skills for each client. Our goal at the gym is to get progressively stronger, while remaining injury-free. David’s vast training experience will get you there by challenging you and knowing how to keep you safe from injury.
